Contact Form
Submit a ticket by clicking the Support button on the Komment dashboard or website. Provide the details of your request, and a member of our Product team will respond via email within one business day.
Premium Support
Users on the Teams plan and above have access to priority technical support via email at hello@komment.ai. This inbox automatically filters and prioritizes requests based on user plans. Paying customers can usually expect resolution within one business day for non-technical matters and three business days for technical issues.
